One retainer buys the whole acquisition: shortlisting in Ukraine, seller vetting, inspection, negotiation, service-centre registration and handover in Kyiv.

How the engagement runs

You send one written brief. We come back with three candidate cars, their provenance and a full cost sheet. Nothing is purchased until you sign off on a specific VIN.

We do not accept commissions from dealers or sellers. Our only incentive is your satisfaction, so the recommendation you read is the recommendation we profit from.

Typical acquisition takes 4–8 weeks from brief to handover. We source from dealers and private sellers in Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv.

02 / Services

Four steps, one accountable concierge

We do not accept commissions from dealers or sellers. Our only incentive is your satisfaction. Every step below leaves a written trace you can audit before money moves.

  1. Sourcing

    We source from dealers and private sellers in Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv. Your brief sets the specification, budget and acceptable mileage, then our buyers track dealer stock and private collections until the right example appears.

  2. Inspection

    Every vehicle comes with a 150-point inspection report. Paint depth readings, service history verification, VIN and odometer checks, plus an independent pre-purchase assessment where the car warrants it.

    We negotiate in the seller's language, on your behalf, with the inspection findings in hand. You approve a maximum figure in writing; anything above it stops with a phone call to you.

Five steps, and your advisor sits in every one of them

We do not hand over a shortlist and disappear. Each stage below is a point where you can pause, ask a question, or change the brief. The same advisor stays with you from the first call to the handover in Kyiv.

    Brief

    You describe the car, the budget, and the deadline. We confirm what is realistic in the current market before any search starts, so nothing is promised that cannot be delivered.

  2. 02

    Search

    We work dealer stock and private listings in Ukraine and send you a shortlist with photographs, mileage, and service history for each candidate.

  3. 03

    Inspection

    An independent inspector covers the car on site. You receive the full report and the paint-depth readings before we discuss the price with the seller.

  4. 04

    Purchase file

    Inspection, negotiation, service-centre registration and handover in Kyiv are itemised line by line, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Registration, plates, and insurance are handled with our partners. We do not accept commissions from dealers or sellers, so the only outcome we are working toward is yours.

Your file stays open after delivery. Servicing, storage, and resale valuation continue through the same advisor.
